Google announced in early December via Twitter that Panda Updates will resume in 2012. Panda has released six updates since Google first introduced it in February 2011. With the next update being released sometime in January 2012 you should giving some attention to the following three areas when performing regular maintenance on a Web site to ensure the Web site ranks well on Google.
Keyword Density
Panda has been coming down heavy on duplicate content, poorly constructed language, and intense keyword density to penalize sites that use too many keywords to try to increase their site rankings. Maintaining a keyword density ratio of 5% to 8% is a safe range to avoid being considered spam by Google or your users. Remember that creating original, unique, quality content is the most important.
Relevancy of Keywords
Keep an eye on the relevancy of your keywords and phrases. Sharing keywords and phrases with sites that tend to abuse those words and phrases for rank can

The football craze is embracing the world. You can find soccer fans in any continent, especially in Europe since some European counties consider soccer or football their national sport. Soccer fans are so into their favorite teams that a person who wouldn’t understand will think it’s ridiculous. It’s easy to give a friend of yours a football gift if you know his favorite team. If not, then you can ask a family member or another close friend for help.
December is fast approaching and some Holiday gift ideas you can get are small apparel items like a jersey, jacket, or a mug with his favorite team’s logo on it or his favorite player’s jersey number. Posters and wall decorations are other suggestions for a football gift. Once you have a sports fan for a friend, you can never go wrong with the presents you give him throughout the year and your entire friendship.

The battle that was kicked off when Shawn Fanning launched the first peer-to-peer based music sharing service, the now ill-fated Napster, is by no means over. Music on the internet is alive and well, though most services now will allow you stream music live without downloading it (and thus incurring the wrath of dozens of record company conglomerates). Listed below are the best music streaming sites—some tried-and-true, some up-and-coming.
- Pandora. Pandora is the oldest player in the internet radio biz, and they aren’t changing the business model. On the other hand, there are tons o’ ways to use this old horse in new ways, including mobile platforms for Android, iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, and more.
- last.fm. Last.fm is a great way to explore new artists based on what you like already—the web app even features a small “scrobble” app that tracks your music listening habits and recommends bands you might enjoy. Think of it as radio for the computer, with programmable features and way more say in what you listen to than you’d ever get with a real radio station.
- Grooveshark. No registration, no credit card needed, not even an obnoxious request for your email to send you lots of spam. Just type the web address into your browser and you’re in. Also, Grooveshark is unique among music sites in that you can upload music to their servers (which is then available to other users) for your personal library, and once you add a song to your playlist it is visible along the bottom of the screen—simple and easy to understand.
- Rhapsody. In contrast to the sites above, Rhapsody is a “library in the cloud” service, meaning you can order any song (out of a selection of 12 million, they say) and have it played instantly. Of course, you already knew—that kind of instant gratification comes at a price, but it’s reasonable: around $15 a month to have access to unlimited, on-demand streaming to any of your music players or mobile devices.
- Spotify. Spotify has just launched their US-based service, although they’ve been successful in Europe for a while now. Their angle on music streaming seems to be focused on being able to share your choices with friends via Facebook, and the basic service is available for free after you create a username and password.
- The Hype Machine. Comprised entirely of tracks cited by Twitter users, Hype Machine is a great way to get to know some of the best music blogs. You can listen to the tracks directly, favorite them, or sign in and customize what you listen to.
- Blip.fm. Blip is sort of a cross between a social media service and a music sharing site. Use it to broadcast your favorite tracks to users and fellow friends on Twitter, Facebook, and other popular social media sites; or listen to their choices on the livestream player.
David Turner most commonly posts blogs about different courses and requirements necessary to complete an online degree music.

Bing landed what could be a huge deal with the Baidu.com (Pronounced “Buy-Do”) Search Engine on July 4th, as reported by The New York Times. While few details are out on this deal, Baidu is saying they have signed a deal with Microsoft for Bing to power their English Language Search on Baidu.
Baidu is the search market leader in China by a huge margin. It controls a reported 80+% of the traffic there, as compared to about 18% for Google.
It will be interesting to see how Bing deals with the censorship issues that are certain to be present in such a deal.

People who wanted to start a chicken coop usually need to renovate a shed or buy one that was pre-built and it would cost them at least $500. Installation costs aren’t included yet either. Nowadays, I read in a book that chicken coops for your yard can make you shell out just $100, given that you do the extra work of collecting materials. You can also get one in an online shop that specializes in chicken coops for less than $400 if you want to save the extra work. The material used in a chicken coop that costs $300 to $400 are already enough to protect your chickens from predators. Slightly more expensive coops have incubators that accompany them, too.

Saving then environment has been emphasized by the media. We read about newspapers encouraging us to reduce, reuse and recycle. In response to this, we start recycling cans and bottles and in addition to that, have a separate unit for paper and cardboard.
Did you know that it takes 17 trees to make one ton of paper? Which is why ever since we were in school, our teachers remind us to save paper because by doing this we save trees as well. One great way to save paper is by turning all our documents into PDF files. This can be done with a document scanning software. With this machine, you can disseminate important documents without tearing down an entire forest.

Most people here in America have fireplaces in their homes. Some even have two and it can get really messy after all the wood has been burned to ashes. Cleaning a gas or wood fireplace can be such a hassle, but because of the weather, it just has to be done. The innovation of fireplace inserts has made life easier for a lot of people. All that needs to be done is to clean out the soot and ash in the existing fireplace, put the insert inside, plug it in, turn it on using the remote control and you’re home is all set to warm up.
For electric fireplaces, the amount of fuel needed is 10% contrary to the 5% efficiency rating of a fireplace insert to generate heat in cold weather. The inserts help you save energy which means cost-cutting to the max. Just what everyone needs!

No matter what type of automobile you own: RV, van, or pickup, it is always best to have insurance for your own protection and safety. RV insurance, for instance, is especially important because it is used as a home and a vehicle. So when you insure an RV, both outside and the contents inside the RV are secured. Coverage of personal belongings inside the camper van depends on the insurance, though. Some may cover all or only a certain percentage. Some insurance even cover repairs and replacement in case of disasters or accidents. When it comes to getting insurance coverage for your RV, never ever think twice. I am planning on getting one within this year. And I will definitely put this into utmost consideration.

Baptisms are considered to be one of a baby’s most important occasions in his first few years of life. Sometimes, though, it can be hard to pick a gift. The first thing to consider is whether it’s for a boy or a girl. Some people opt to send a personalized christening gift, like a picture frame with the baby’s name and christening day engraved on it or a pink or blue pocket-sized bible that has a good bible verse on the cover, along with the baby’s first name. Giving a personalized christening gift not only emphasizes how special the baby is, but it also gives the impression that you took the time to customize a present instead of just picking something out of the department store’s shelf. I am heading out to look for personalized gifts today for an event in the coming days. I’ll be blogging about it in the next couple days!
