Gear Up: Cagayan de Oro is one of the community initiatives of the Philippine Windows User Group(PHIWUG) that aims to interact with the local IT Community and gear them up with valuable knowledge about Windows Vista and other related technologies that will have great impact on how the entire IT organization works.
