I have been planning on getting our own office and customizing it the way I have always wanted it to look like. So far, I have been thinking about my future company office’s structure. I grew up living in a wood-based structure and I have seen a couple of disadvantages with it, like termites and wood rotting when it gets wet in time, from rain or even normal running water from the tap.

I personally do not have any idea about construction or building structures so I had to research about it. I found out metal buildings would fit what I desire for my office – resistant to insects and rot. When the time comes for me to build my own building, I know now what to use.

George Hotz from New Jersey sure has a bright future with gadgets. The famous iPhone locked at AT&T’s network was unlocked by him and actually was using it on T-Mobile’s network.

Now since iPhones would still be released here in the Philippines next year, I’m assuming by that time all iPhones would be unlocked. I hope Apple would just start making partners overseas to market their iPhones now! as in now!..I mean I don’t understand why Apple likes teasing people especially those outside the US..dont they want money?
