I’m afraid that is true…Just like what I read on webmasterworld.com, Alexa ranking bar is completely useless. It’s 0% in telling you anything about your genuine visitors. The fact that they include YOUR visits on their statistics, without even checking if it’s the same IP, all a webmaster would have to do is to visit his/her website everyday and you got a boost of traffic. I’m wondering what is Alexa’s take on this?…Hmmm…

I’m sure this has been all over the news.. A cat is reportedly able to sense when a patient is going to die at a home in Providence, Rhode Island.
When I was a child, I do believe that animals like dogs and cats has some supernatural power that is hard to understand. I do recall my mom telling me a story about her pet before. When my mom was still on her teens, she has this pet dog. She was so closed to it that there was never a day that she wouldn’t be cuddling and playing with her pet. Until one day, my mom got very sick and was confined to a hospital, her pet dog actually seem to be very uneasy that time regarding to my mom’s sister. My mom was confined to the hospital for almost a week, but the shocking part was when my mom got out of the hospital, she couldn’t believe that her pet dog died. Base on what my mom’s sister story, the dog was howling almost every night as if calling to her, the dog wouldn’t eat and was getting weak because of her abscence. My mom of course cried because of what happen, but she believed that her pet dog save her, that she actually took the place of death for her.
I know people and animals have this bond similar to human relationships that can eventually be worth dying for. But this cat here is different. You sure wouldn’t like to have a pet like this. Is this a cat of death or an angel? This sure is one feline who is not letting the cat out of the bag.

As part of my daily routine, I am to log in on one of my seo forums online…and I have read a post that actually made my eye brows meet…It was about the event WordCamp 2007, and one of the members in the forum, actually had the chance to participate on that event. This was Rickey of www.rickey.org, I’m assuming he’s a filipino too just like me. As I was reading his article , he mentioned there that he met up with Matt Cutts, but what really got me suprised was Matt telling him that Text-Link-Ads are evil and one of these days Google will penalize such sites which engage in Page Rank link buying and selling.
Wtf? That was my initial reaction…although I am really not earning that much from TLA, but penalizing them, why?…how true is this?….If Google’s gonna do that, a lot of other websites would be affected coz I know a lot of websites that deals with link buying and selling, not to mention that I got some friends working with these companies.
Is this how Google react with their competitors on the internet marketing industry or should I say this is how Google react to a possible threat to them for success? If this gonna happen, I’m expecting a massive revolt about the issue. What you think guys?

I just have to blog about this to help promote my own language and homeland, the Philippines.
The guys from pinoyblogosphere is throwing up a contest to trumpet the beauty and strength of the Filipino Language in line with this year’s Buwan ng Wika theme: “Maraming Wika, Matatag na Bansa” (Free translation: “A gift of tongues for a strong nation”). With the significance of the Internet in shaping the culture today, blogging about the Language will not only enforce the online Filipinos’ love for their native tongue, but also promote it to bloggers around the world.
So calling all fellow bloggers out there. Let us support this contest and let’s all be proud to be pinoy. Sumulat para mamulat ang iba tungkol sa ating mahal na Pilipinas! Wow, that actually rhymed…
